Covering essential knowledge and practical skills, it supports new workers to confidently step into supervised roles, working directly or indirectly with clients. To enrol in this Nationally Recognised Training course in Australia, participants must obtain a unique student identifier (USI), as mandated by the government. Visit www.usi.gov.au for USI information. Additionally, participants need regular access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone, an email address, and a reliable internet connection. Basic to intermediate digital skills are required, along with meeting language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) requirements.

The course is delivered and assessed through blended online learning with all assessor interaction in English.
