Course Requirements

To enrol in this Nationally Recognised Training course in Australia, participants must obtain a Unique Student Identifier (USI), as mandated by the Australian Government. Visit www.usi.gov.au for more information about obtaining a USI.

Participants will need regular access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone, an email address, and a reliable internet connection. Basic to intermediate digital skills are required, along with meeting language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) requirements.

The course is delivered and assessed through blended online learning, with all training and assessor interaction conducted in English.

Participants should note that completion of the qualification requires vocational placement in a hospitality workplace (a minimum of 36 shifts or 80 hours) and may require mandatory industry checks, depending on the placement setting.
